This Painting has a traditional theme but with a semi abstract feel to it. I like to approach creating something with an idea in my mind then transfer it directly on to the Canvas letting my imagination take over and see what happens! Sometimes it works amazingly well, if it doesn't take off it is not meant to be so I don't push it. Painting from your emotions can be a very rewarding experience and produce some very good results.
